Chris Key was great! He was attentive to our needs and made sure we got the payment we wanted. Charlie in finance got us through all the paperwork quickly and painlessly. Brad, the sales manager, came over to thank us for our business when we were taking delivery. All in all one of, if not the best new car buying experiences we've had. We would definitely recommend C Harper to anyone looking to buy a car!

They don’t honor their dealer warranty. They acknowledge that there is an engine noise at startup but since there’s no codes, they won’t fix it. Other dealerships that I’ve done business with will go out of their way to correct the problem. I offered to pay for the parts and labor if they install the parts and the noise doesn’t go away if it goes away, I asked them to pay for the parts and labor they said no.

Stopped in to the dealership and explained that I was looking to get a trade value for my current vehicle to see if I could order a new Ram 2500 and stay within my budget. Sales Manager introduced me to a Sales Rep. Explained everything in detail to the Sales Rep and he said he would get back to me. Didn't hear from the Rep, so I called to follow up a week later. He did e-mail me however the e-mails didn't go through. Still waiting on trade number. Brought the truck I wanted to trade in to the dealership so they could see it. They took pictures and said they would let me know the trade value (still dealing with the Sales Rep at this point). Waited, waited and waited. Texted the Sales Rep to follow up.... no response. Waited another week and texted Sales Rep again.... no response. Zero. Nothing. SO, I call the Sales Manager. He apologies and gives me the trade value. A few weeks go by and I contact the Sales Manager to inform him that I sold the truck privately, would be looking to order my new Ram 2500 and to please send me their best number. He said he would get right on it. That was 2 weeks ago. Nothing. No response. No e-mail, no phone call, not text.... nothing. I WILL NOT chase someone down to spend my hard earned money with them. Needless to say, the truck has been ordered from a different dealer.

I have used the service department for oil changes and feel that they are super-efficient! We just had the opportunity to work with DJ again and the new (to us sales manager) Ben.
